Whether issue of sodexo gift vouchers are liable to tax either in case of company or employee. If so what is the limit.Plz advice.

employee: it is one kind of income therefore taxable
Employer: Gift voucher may be considered as a salary / wages.hence esic / epf / tds may be be attracted.
It is my opinion sir if any thing mistake pl. rectify me.
