06 August 2014 i want to gift my house to my husbands brother who later wishes to sell it.What will the tax implications be ?

I know that since husbands brother falls under the definition of 'relative' gift should not be taxable. But will any clubbing provisions be applicable on capital gains tax

06 August 2014 Since u has transferred the property in name of ur husband's brother, hence it will b taxable on his hands and not on urs.
