MY CLIENT HAS GIVEN GIFT OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY OF RS 20 LACS TO HIS COUSIN BROTHER'S SON. WHETHER GIFT TO COUSIN BROTHER'S SON COVERED UNDER RELATIVE DEFINITION U/S 56 OF IT ACT.
