06 July 2013 Sir, I have taken a assignment from a Nationalised Bank.They will give the PAN of the applicant who has applied for a loan. My work is to check whether the ITR given by the applicant is correct or not & whether they have given false accounts to the Bank. Bank wont provide any password of the Applicant. This Verification is done by the Bank for checking the genuinity of the Applicant. Waiting for your Valuable Reply.

06 July 2013 After entering the pan and password just check in My account tab for all details of ITR prev filed.

06 July 2013 1)yes,,as incometax returns are private documents so it will not available for verification online..it can be accessed only if you have their password for efiling website

2)but you may check whether return was received in CPC or not,,except that you cannot check any--with this you can ensure that return submitted for loan purpose was submitted to incometax department also

3)you recommend them to ask intimation 143(1)of incometax return filed ...it will be enough proof if u feel it necessary
