sir whts the meanin of without prejudice of any other section or sub section n whts the diff between nothwithstandin n without prejudice.

Nothwithstanding and without prejudice are words with totally different meaning.
Nothwithstanding means the current clause or section shall prevail over anything contrary mentioned in law or in any other section.
Without prejudice is a kind of saving phrase. It means current clause or section is applicable subject to the other provisions in law. In other words current clause or section will not overrule the other section or Law in case of any contradiction.
