27 April 2016 So far as UK and India are concerned, they stand on different platforms so far as gambling is concerned.
Gambling in India is illegal subject to however certain exceptions like State owned lotteries, horse races at authorised race courses etc.
Prima facie, playing gambling by an Indian in UK is NOT barred by Indian Laws. However since yours is a net based case, you need to consult a cyber law lawyer. Prima facie, an Indian can legally gamble on such sites subject to however the terms and conditions as set out in the "I agree" kind of clause on such a site.
