you need to open share trading account with share broker (say indiabulls, iifm,icici direct and such others). are you interested in future or Options. Options contracts are available for a month. settled on every last thrusday of the month. I believe you know the basics of F&O. as far as practical learning is concerned you can learn only when you open your account and enter into F&O tradings.
