Please explain how to invest in futures and options in the share market.What is the procedure

you need to open share trading account with share broker (say indiabulls, iifm,icici direct and such others).
are you interested in future or Options.
Options contracts are available for a month. settled on every last thrusday of the month.
I believe you know the basics of F&O.
as far as practical learning is concerned you can learn only when you open your account and enter into F&O tradings.
