for further issue we have to pass ordinary resolution or special resolution?

If you are passing resolution under section 62 (1)(A) Board resolution would suffice. If it is 62 (1)(C) - special resolution required.

For 62(1)(b) also, further issue 'under employees stock option scheme' , SPECIAL RESOLUTION is mandatory.
