IF FURNITURE PURCHASE BY COMPANY ON BEHALF OF DIRECTOR FOR RS. 5000000/-. TOTAL AMOUNT IS ADDED IN DIRECTOR REMUNERATION PERKS OR ONLY DEPRECIATION CHARGES ADDED PERKS. KINDLY CONFIRM.
