Dear all,
Whether function related exp. organized for the completion of 10 years of hospital is deductible or not??
In MY opinion it should not be deductible.
Am I Correct with this??

It is related to business can be an allowable expense.

but how we justified this expense as business expenses?? It is non recurring in nature and it is mainly related with staff, relatives and friend.
