We need to clear one truck load of goods as free goods. Can we declare the value as zero and remove the goods without payment of duty.
Or else, can we show 100% discount and remove the goods without payment of duty.
or, can we value the goods at Re. 1 and pay duty on Re. 1

excise duty is payable on removal and the removals other than sale are gioverned by the CE(determination of value ) Rules. Comparable prices maybe the option. Duty has tobe paid
