if auditor is of the opinion dat fraud has happened but is not able to obtain audit evidence.. den whether he should consider such probable effect of fraud in audit report??? plz rply

yes. he should refer to AAS 4 and AAS 28. I am sorry I am giving you reference to old nomenclature!.
