I think its not possible. I have not yet listened about this.

In real life, we have to first get the stamp duty amount by "adjudication process' by maintaining coordial relation with Sub-Registrar's office. After adjudication, we have to remit amount in Bank using prescribed form of challan. After producing challan copy only, stamp duty amount is franked on the Document.
So we cannot in future also perhaps think of on-line payment and such other modes
