Sir,
I am a director of PVT Ltd. Company. I am trading in batteries used for inverters. in the last F.Y i started doing export sale.These sales had not been done to any related party. Now my question is :-
Are there any forms which are to filed by me or through CA to ROC and Income Tax related to above export sales.

no form is to be filed as such. however, if you are claiming any export related exemptions, then at the time of scrutiny assessment, you shall have to provide the export documents..
