18 November 2011 1)I have commenced my sales w.e.f.1-11-2011.
2)Now i have prepared the partnership deed.
3)Taken the above matter into consideration can I send the deed for franking on 21-11-11.
If so what date should I mention as commencement of business & deed dated.

18 November 2011 Date of commencement of Business in the firm name is 1-11-2011 and the Date of Deed will be 21-11-11.

You may insert a clause after the names of all the parties to the deed or at a suitable place ..

" The partners have started the business in firm from 1.11.2011 and now the partners think it fit to decide the terms and conditions in writing which follows as under...."
