03 December 2011 Can 2 practising doctors be director in a private limited company,

Is there any restriction towards them because as a doctor they are personally liable for patients but as a director in a company there liability becomes limited.

03 December 2011 Yes. Two doctors can become directors and form a pvt ltd co.

However, their liability towards the patients is different from their liability under the companies act.
