i wanted to is it compulsory to submit noc if there are new directors otherthan mentioned in form 1a , at the time of registration of private company . if so can anybody send me the draft for that purpose.

Noc is not reqired for addition, but required for deletion.

But if ROC demand you can submit NOC that the said promoters and directors have no objection to aid new director as first director.
