hello sir/madam
I have not file ITR for the A.Y. 2010-11 & 2011-12 and want to claim for refund against TDS deducted for the said year. so kindly give me a format of letter of condonation for delay in filling return before CIT accourding to circular no. 09/2015 of Income Tax.
