Format of indemnity bond.

30 October 2015 Hello Sir,

In 2007-08, during the manual tax payment era, by mistaken the PAN of the client was quoted wrong as a result the client was denied credit and a same amount of demand remains outstanding.

I need the format of an Indemnity bond to be submitted to the AO,

please help

30 October 2015 know all men by these presents thazt I, xxxxxxx having PAn xxxxxx, residing at xxxxxxxx do hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the president of India, through this indemnity bond, for the following....
01. ...(here you canmention the event which you want to indemnify....in your case it is wrong quoting of pan and hence the credit is denied and so on
