hello everyone,
i want to form a pvt ltd company(adv. business). i have downloaded the MOA format of similar company.
Now i have to download the AOA, i think form at of AOA will not depend upon the nature of business and it will remain the same in all cases.(its a small pvt ltd company)
whats your opinion on this. can i download any format of AOA of a pvt ltd company and make necessary chages like name of directors etc ?

Yes, mostly AOA format is same u can download and make correction accordingly as you want.
