Can anyone provide me the format of the declaration/affidavit for deposit not attached, undertaking from the all the directors for the change in object Clause of Company.

10 June 2013 I, Anonymous, aged about 60 years, son of (Late) Anonymous senior, residing at House no 10/2013, Author apartments, Club Road, Bangalore-560001 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

THAT I am the Director of Anonymous Company Pvt Ltd incorporated under the Companies Act,1956 with CIN U35111BL2005PTC072432.

THAT I am conversant with the facts of the affidavit and competent to make this declaration.

THAT the company/myself will not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act,1956, RBI Act,1934 and SEBI Act,1992 and rules/directions/regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities.

I, Anonymous, the above deponent, do hereby declare and verify that the contents of paragraph 1,2,and 3 of this affidavit are true to my own knowledge and the contents of paragraph 4 of this affidavit are my submissions and nothing material has been concealed, and no part of it is false.
