dear sir presently m handling the fdi work of my company and here a lots of client are there i am facing lots of drafting issues regarding RBI and FDI reportings on daily basis. i dont know what should be specific format for different letters . Hope now u can understand my problem. there are liaison office, branch office etc and every possible way of fdi please suggest me on same
