29 June 2010 I m dealer of Plastic color master batches. My principal is a manufacturer of Plastic Color master batches. One of my customer is a manufacturer of HDPE / PP woven fabric and consumes the plastic color master batches and 100 % EOU. Now my customer insist us to purchases the color master batches against Form C.T.3 and not to charge excise duty in invoice, Where as my principal refused to supply the material against FORM CT-3 because his all input purchases from Indian Market.
Is it possible for my principal to supply the material against Form C.T.-3 if he is purchasing the material from Indian Market.

Yes, it is opossible to supply the material agst Form CT-3 to whom the purchaser unit is 100% EOU Unit. The Purchaser is Giving You CT-3 Form & You will make ARE-3 in 4 Copes for the same, which is necessary for material despatch without payment of duty.

Within 90 Days the ARE-3 form collected from your customer in 1 Copy after Sign & Seal of Purchaser's Excise authorities.

Domestic Unit (Except 100% EOU Unit) is not purchasing material under CT-3.
