What is the meaning of C Form in sales tax act?What is the relevance of it in taking credit of CST?

C form is the form which issued by Register dealer under CST act to avail the concessional rate of tax @ 2% presently.. if dealer not in position to issue C form on purchase then need to pay local vat rate as CST
