Mr x in U.P purchased goods from Mr Y(in Uttranchal) in the month of
May 2009
dec2009
and mar 2010
Mr x has issued one Form C against all purchase in fy 2009-10 on 12 july 2010 on which Mr Y disagrees and he wants total 3 C forms.
is mr y is correct on demanding c forms quaterly.
please clear .
provide links or explanation regardging issuue of form c by purchasing dealer
