"A" wants to transfer his shares to B & C.
Is it possible to transfer A's share to B & C
by filling the information in a single Form-7B.
Assuming B & C are not joint Holders.

Yes, you can do so, but before doing this you must make application for splitting of shares in to two share certificate in place of one old share certificate. After you getting two share certificate, you can transfer share by using 2 Form-7B(transfer deed)
