Dear Experts,
We have branch with Mumbai but no sales & Purchase for the FY 11-12. VAT 704 Form Eligible or not for us in form 233.

From 704 is Audit Form , and it is to be filled by CA if turnover crosses Rs. 60 Lacs in FY 11-12.
Form 233 is Return Form, to be filed even if you have Nil sales purchase , to avoid Penalty.
