22 June 2011 I have filed form-5 to increase authorised capital of the comapny . The ROC is aboved the above form . But there is some mistake in the form , like resolution should passed by special by member ,but mistakely is passed by board in oridinary meetin of the board , i want to rectify the above matter . please help us
. but Sir there is problem in other departmet , they object the above approval ,
