can we file one form 32 for both purpose
1)change in desination from whole time director to managing director
2)ceastion of managing director due to death
3) if the dates are like this
expired on 25th october and appointed new MD on 27th october

In my opinion it is absolutely possible to file both the particulars in same form. Views of eminent experts are welcome.....

Hi
You can file Form 32 in following cases...
1. If the event for all purpose is same.
2. If the person is different.
You can not appoint and resign same person in a single Form-32.
