Kindly tell me that who is authorized to file TDS Return, if any bodies income tax has been deducted in form of tds, and but the tds is not showing in Form 26as, where to consult about the TDS, and what is the process of TDS Return.

26 December 2013 the deductor has to file TDS return. if you are unable to see the credit in Form 26AS, talk to the Deductor and check whether or not he has filed TDS returns. If he doesn't cooperate, complaint to the jurisdictional TDS officer. With regards to TDS return, refer http://www.vasai-icai.org/Image/JM%20Tiwari.pdf
