In case of Tds return Form 24C has to be furnished at incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, but i didn't find the same in the said website. please help me to find the same.

TDS return in form No. 24Q or 26Q is to be deposited with TIN facilitation center of NSDL. Are you asking about Form No. 27C?

Dear Ratan
There is big Amendmend in Form 24Q, 26Q etc. and now Assessee who holds TAN must file Form 24C on 15th July, 15th Oct and 15th Jan
and Annual Return under Form 24Q, 26Q by 15th June of following Financial Year
Form 24C is available on Income Tax Site

The CBDT has decided to defer the implementation of Notification No.31/2009 dated 25.3.2009 amending or substituting Rules 30, 31, 31A and 31AA of the Income Tax Rules, 1962. The amended / substituted Rules will now come into effect on 1st July 2009 instead of 1st April 2009.
Because of this, Form 24C might not have been hosted in website.

Dear Mr.Sankar, Format of 24C is available in this website also. Just search it. But you can not file this form right now, as the utilities for filing of this form on www.incometaxindiaefiling.com is yet to be incorporated by NSDL. This form is applicable from 1st July 2009 as said by Warrier Sir. We can hope that by that time we shall be able to file this form on the site.
