21 September 2013 HELLO,

I want to ask that if AGM of the PRivate ltd co. as per its annual return is held on 8th October 2012 and i am filing form 23B today than i have to pay additional fees for filing of the form because appointment of auditor is made in AGM held last.
So is there any way out to avoid the additional fees for filing of Form 23B.
Pls reply urgently.
I am filing 23B for F.Y.2012-13.

21 September 2013 No, you can not avoid payment of additional fee.

You will pay additional fee 9 times of normal fee.
