16 September 2013 I have downloaded form 23b for auditors and filled all the details. Now how to pay late fees with the form as form is for the financial year 11-12.Can anyone explain how and where late payment fee is to be paid

When you upload Form-23B with ROC through MCA portal the challan will generate with additional payment.

It will be paid online on such portal.

16 September 2013 ROC form filing fee is dependent on authorised share capital. For fees structure kindly refer the link below:
