CAN I FINE ANNUAL RETURN (FORM 20B) BEFORE FILING BALANCE SHEET (FORM 23AC & ACA) FOR A COMPANY

Yes you can file and not fine the annual return without filing the balance sheet as B/S is to be filed seprately
