1. In the proceeding of change in the name of PRIVATE COMPANY, Form 1B is also required to file???
2.If Yes, Form 23 & Form 1B can upload on same time or first get confirmation of Form 23 and then, filed form 1B????

Form 1B require SRN of Form 23 so it can be filled only after filling of form 23....
