Since approval of provisional DIN takes 10 to 15 days, can we e-file form 1A with provisional DIN details? or any other option to file form 1A without waiting for final DIN?

02 November 2010 yes completely agree with Aryendra Sir! Either you should have a final DIN of all the Directors(not provisional) or you can enter PAN of the Directors in Form 1A!!!!!

For filing Form 1A their is two type of requirements

In case of promoters:

You can fill their PAN instead of DIN.
In case of First Director:

DIN is mandatory.

I will suggest you to wait for DIN approval for filing Form 1A.
