1) Verify the lease agreement between the land lord and the partnership firm to see whether sub-leasing is permitted. 2) If so, execute a sub leasing agreement between the partnership firm and the proposed company in non judicial stamp paper of requisite value. 3) Attach this sub leasing agreement with the e-from 18. 4) If sub leasing clause is absent or sub leasing is not permitted in the lease agreement, you have to seek alternate solution.
