We have issued Form 16 & Form 16A already , 26 Q , 24Q being filed, some of the employees whose salary is below 150000/- demading for Form16AA , according to the recent circulars Form 16AA is withdrawn , can I issue Form 16AA for Assessment year 2009-10?

No, because Form 16AA has been omitted from the statute by the IT(Eighth Amdt.)Rules,2009 with effect from 01/04/2009.

Thank you , shall I issue Form 16 showing nil deduction as the employees insists some records for filing their returns.

You can issue form 16AA for the salary payment made upto 31st march 2009, as this form has been omitted with effect from 01/04/2009.
