09 August 2012 How to generate form 16A for deductees filed with PANNOTAVBL?

Banking Companies need to issue only online generated certificates. Most of deductees were PANNOTAVBL state. How to generate Form 16A in that case?

09 August 2012 Form 16A can be generated only if PAN has been provided.

If PAN has not been provided and the bank has mentioned PANNOTAVBL in the return, Form 16A CANNOT be downloaded.
