Hi, i heard that with the new changes in TDS rules, from 01st April' 2010 onwards deductor need to issue Form 16A quarterly and the due date is within 15 days from the due date of filing e-TDS return. Can anyone confirm the same.

As per CBDT notification 41/2010 dated May 31,2010 the amended has come exactly as you have observed.
