Sir, i have got my Form 16 last month for 2010-11.Iswritten tax payable/refundable(17-18) = -1149
so i want to know can i get this refundable money and how long it will take to get the money back?

Pl file the return and seek refund after making sure ,by checking the calculations ,that refund is due.

For online filing of return you will get refund by 3 months.
