Hi All,
one of our employee has left the organisation in the middle of this financial year and has no any tax liability for this year,do we need to give her Form 16 for half year and as on today's date?also is there any compulsion to give NIL Form 16?pls advice

No... there is no compulsion...
Instead you can issue a salary certificate for the same period.

You can..... but as I said... there is no compulsion. You can issue the salary certificate.

Sir, salary of that employee is 1,50,000/- for 6 months and he has submitted the investment proof of Rs.1,00,000/- in this case what we need to do?
