29 February 2016 dear Sirs/madam only employer issue form 16 to employee whose income are taxable. or employer issue form 16 to all any income slab employee .

29 February 2016 Yes Form-16 is issued Person Whose Income Is Taxable or Even if TDS is deducted to Employee Form-16 will be issued.

01 March 2016 There is no any STANDARD rule as to whom this form be issued. Even in cases of NO TDS, form 16 may be issued. However, any employer declines to issue form 16 for non TDS, the employee may ask for SALARY certificate.
