management is same and they got partnership firm which paid salary to employees for 3 quarters and private limited com which paid salary for Q4.
for my knowledge, employees should get 01 form 16 from partnership firm and 01 form 16 from private limited co.
do we have any other way of doing it? pls guide

no.. there is no other way...two separate form 16s have to be issued.

Two form 16 needa to be issued. Since both are different and PAN and TAN will be different.

you both PArtnership firm and copany TAN number will diff-2 then you have to file two return for both unit . and also form 16 is also issue by you from both unit.
