Hi if Gross salary of Employee is 3,50,000 but after deducting the exemptions and allowance is salary is 190000 then
1.no need to cut the TDS or
2.we need to cut the tds
and is we need to issue form 16

you dont need to deduct TDS. you can issue manual Form 16 if the same is not covered under TDS returns.
