If hra exemption shown on form16 but not want to claim in itr , what to do , if not want to claim hra exemption is there any problem due to not matching taxable amount with form 16

No problem. You can declare higher income.......

No. If the HRA in Form 16. Then can't show the same it in ITR except Cha VI-A....
