14 June 2014 Whether Department can accept Form 15G for an HUF? HUF is receiving Interest income from unsecured Loans given to other parties who deduct the Tax at Source amounting to Rs. 10000/- on Interest income of Rs. 100,000/- HUF have no any other Income.
Other conditions of Form 15G satisfied.
