Dear All,
one of my NRI friend who is in singapore need to remit certain funds from india to singapore.
he has been filing returns and paying income tax since last three years in india and his only source of income is rent from properties in india.
CAN ANYONE PROVIDE A SAMPLE FILLED FORM FOR THE SAME

i need clarification on point no.08 of form 15CB

The Form 15CB requires detailed enumeration of the taxability of the amount under the Income-tax Act, without giving any effect to the DTAA -
