Can anybody guide me whether we can revise Form 15CA already uploaded in the NSDL website as the information was received from the client later.

07 August 2011 Rule 37BB, circular 720 and NSDL site is silent on the issue raised. So pl seek the help of Director, Systems at Income tax department.

08 August 2011 I have clarified same issue with tininfo@nsdl.co.in.
There is no such provision to cancel the acknowledgment or application which is already generated. You are requested to ignore the Acknowledgement (if not submitted to bank) which is generated with invalid details and upload the new Form 15CA with correct details.

I am also facing the same problem and need to revise the Form 15CA already filed but not been given to Bank as the amount of TDS has wrongly been entered.

20 January 2014 Any form 15ca is valid only if the respective payment is reflected in the bank account. As on date there is no procedure to revise incorrect 15ca, hence would suggest to just ignore the same and re upload afresh.
