WHEN I ENTER Tax paid by employer on behalf of the employee under section 192(1A)IN FORM 12BA.TOTAL TAX PAID AMOUNT DOES NOT MATCH WITH FORM 16.PLEASE TELL ME IS IT RIGHT OR NOT.

Tax paid by the employer on behalf of employee means, incase any tax liability of employee paid by employer itself without deducting from employee. so that will be treated as perquisites, otherwise no need to mention that column
